Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated under the Stranoteka brand by Individual Entrepreneur Rinat Ashrafovich Khamidullin. The current legal and contact details are listed on the Legal details page.
Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the information you include in your message. Please do not submit passport details, payment-card data, health information or other sensitive personal information through the general contact form.
Our hosting and security providers also process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks contact-form and email-reveal requests for automated abuse. Cloudflare may process device, network and interaction signals for that security purpose.
YouTube API Services
Stranoteka uses YouTube API Services in a restricted internal company tool used by authorised staff to manage metadata for Stranoteka's own YouTube channel. The tool receives channel identifiers and titles, video identifiers, titles, descriptions, publication and privacy status, thumbnails, tags, language fields, duration and view counts. It also stores OAuth authorisation information required to access the channel. We do not use this access to sell YouTube data or provide it to third parties.
YouTube data is used only to display the internal catalogue, prepare and review metadata changes, detect concurrent edits, keep rollback snapshots, attribute enquiries to a published placement and verify that approved changes were written correctly. Authorised metadata is refreshed or deleted within 30 days; the normal catalogue refresh is daily. Operational snapshots are retained only for rollback and audit while the integration remains authorised.
Use of the integration is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Why we use it and our legal bases
We use personal information only to:
- review and respond to your inquiry;
- take steps you request before entering into a partnership;
- manage relevant business correspondence and relationships;
- protect the website, prevent abuse and investigate security issues;
- meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
Depending on the applicable law, we rely on your request and consent, steps taken before a contract, our legitimate interest in answering genuine business inquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.
Who receives it
Access is limited to the Stranoteka team members who need the information to respond. We also use providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery and business email, including Cloudflare and Hetzner. They process information only to provide their services to us and under their own contractual and legal obligations.
The website does not save contact-form submissions in its own database. After validation, the message is delivered to Stranoteka’s business mailbox through our private mail gateway.
We do not sell contact-form information, rent it to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing. We may disclose information when law requires it or when necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
International processing
Our operations and service providers may process information in Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries where they operate. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we use an appropriate legal mechanism and limit the information to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
How long we keep it
If an inquiry does not lead to an ongoing business relationship, we normally retain the correspondence for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. If a relationship continues, we keep relevant records for its duration and for any additional period required by accounting, tax, limitation or other applicable laws.
Short-lived security and rate-limit records are kept only as long as needed to protect the service, normally no longer than 30 days unless a security incident requires longer investigation. Backup copies are removed through the providers’ normal rotation cycles.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use advertising cookies, marketing pixels or a third-party audience analytics service. Essential security technology may be used when necessary to protect and deliver the website. If we introduce non-essential cookies or marketing analytics, we will update this policy and add the controls required by applicable law before they are enabled.
Your rights
Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your personal information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent for future processing. Some requests may be limited by legal record-keeping duties or the rights of others.
You may also complain to the competent data-protection or supervisory authority in your country. We encourage you to contact us first so we can address the concern directly.
The channel owner may revoke Stranoteka's YouTube access from the Google security permissions page. The owner can also use the owner-only Disconnect action in the internal YouTube administration tool. That action revokes the OAuth token and deletes locally stored YouTube API data without changing or deleting content on YouTube. A deletion request may also be sent to ceo@stranoteka.com; authorised YouTube data is deleted as soon as practicable and no later than seven days after a verified request or revocation.
Security and automated decisions
We use access controls, encrypted connections, request validation, anti-abuse measures and restricted service access appropriate to this website. No internet service can promise absolute security. The contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
Children, updates and contact
This is a business partnership website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the contact form.
We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal duties change. The current date will always appear on this page. For a privacy request, use the contact form or email ceo@stranoteka.com.
